WhoSaidWhat Summit was recently used during the Caribbean AI Workshop held at the Anguilla House of Assembly.

The workshop brought together parliamentarians, government representatives, regional leaders and technology professionals for discussions on artificial intelligence, digital transformation and responsible technology use in the Caribbean.

Throughout the event, Summit helped capture the sessions and organise the discussions into clear, speaker-attributed records. Attendees could scan a QR code to follow the workshop and register to receive session summaries.

Testing Summit in a Live Environment

Using Summit in a live workshop environment allowed the WhoSaidWhat team to test the platform with different speakers, accents, remote participation and natural conference-room discussion.

The deployment also demonstrated how conferences can preserve more than photographs and video recordings. With Summit, organisers can create an accessible record of what was discussed, who contributed and the main points raised during each session.

Beyond Parliamentary Proceedings

The workshop marked another important step in expanding WhoSaidWhat beyond parliamentary proceedings and into conferences, seminars, policy forums and other events where an accurate record matters.
